New patients

New patient visits that are missed or are cancelled without adequate 48-hour notice will incur the full cost of the visit with the provider. Medicaid patients may not be able to reschedule with their provider if the first appointment is missed or cancelled without proper notice.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so with at least 48-hour notice. We know that our daily schedules can be hectic and unpredictable, but giving adequate notice allows us to fill your appointment slot and to help others!

Please note that a $75 fee will be assessed to current patients for appointments missed or cancelled without adequate 48-hour notice. For Molina Medicaid patients, you may not be able to reschedule with your provider after 2 missed or late-cancelled visits. If you had to cancel your appointment due to an emergency, you may speak directly with your provider.

Credit Cards

Please be aware that we will ask for credit card information when you schedule your appointment. Your card will only be charged in the event of a missed appointment or late cancellation, or if you have given permission for a special charge.
