Insurance Information:
We are in-network with many insurance companies! To see an up-to-date list of those carriers, see below. Please bring your insurance card and identification to your first visit!
Prior to your first visit, please contact your insurance company to ask about your plan’s benefits and potential coverage for naturopathic and/or acupuncture services. We have prepared a list of questions that you can ask your insurance carrier to simplify this process greatly. We do our best to avoid unforeseen costs and this will help to minimize any surprises! We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy, so we kindly ask that you verify your benefits prior to this cancellation window to avoid incurring any fees related to non-coverage or a high deductible.
We do everything we can to ensure the financial aspect of your visit goes as smoothly as possible! However, please note that your insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, and we cannot control this. Any balance not covered or paid for by insurance is ultimately the patient’s responsibility.
